How do you deliver?
We offer door-to-door courier service at affordable rates.
How long does it take to recieve my order?
Depending on where you are situated delivery times may vary. However, our average delivery time is 24 -48 hours
Is it safe to shop online?
We use Paygate to process our online payments. Payfast is PCI-DSS LEVEL 1 COMPLIANT. No credit card information is stored on our website or servers.
What about returns and refunds?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid if it does not meet flavour requirements. Taste is a variable thing with different people. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open liquid will not be accepted.
If the buyer feels like returning goods for any reason, the buyer has 15days to return his goods provided it is in new and unused condition with all product packaging
Vape Crew will refund the cost of the product excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be for the buyers account unless Vape Crew is at fault.
If the product is defective, it needs to be sent to Vape Crew asap for inspection. If the product is to be found defective and is still under manufacturer warranty the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided to misuse.
Please note if goods have been damaged, misused or instructions not followed correctly a refund or warranties will NOT apply.
Where possible, if we do not have a replacement product in stock we will offer a loan unit(Please note this only applies to Mods).
